This is just about the time of year when we are all missing those warm summer days at camp, but there’s no need to fear! With the cold and snowy weather, it is the perfect opportunity to participate in our Winter Weekend programs at Camp Wise. These programs are for current camp families with campers in grades 5-8, and for any age-eligible children that are interested in coming to Camp Wise for the first time this summer! Whether you are already a Camp Wise camper or are joining us for the first time, we want you there. These winter programs keep the summer fun going even when it’s cold!

Camp Wise and J-Day Camps Carnival
December 28th, 2016, 9:30 – 12:00 a.m.

Calling all children in K-6th grade! Join us at the Mandel JCC in the Stonehill Auditorium (26001 S. Woodland Rd., Beachwood, OH 44122) on Wednesday, December 28th from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. We will have a Carnival that includes outdoor and indoor activities! There will also be a FREE fitness class offered to parents of kids attending the Carnival from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. in the JCC’s fitness center. In addition, if you are interested in either Camp Wise or J-Day Camps, please stop by the Stonehill entrance at 11:30 am for an information session, and to meet our camp directors.

Fifth and Sixth Grade Winter Camp!
January 15, 2017 @ 11:30 am – January 16, 2017 @ 5:00 pm.
Cost: $100.00
Enjoy a jam-packed overnight filled with sledding, a winter obstacle course, snow forts and snow games! When it’s cold we’ll head inside our cozy rec hall to hand by the fire and enjoy delicious kosher meals and treats. Nights will be spent in our comfy heated cabins! This is a wonderful opportunity to experience overnight camp for the first time. So, if you’ve never been to camp before – this is a perfect weekend to try it out. Busses leave the JCC (26001 S. Woodland Rd., Beachwood, OH 44122) at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday the 15th and will return to the JCC on Monday the 16th at 5:00 p.m.

Seventh and Eighth Grade Winter Camp!

Join us President’s Day Weekend for an awesome winter camp getaway. We’ll head out to Camp Wise for dinner, enjoy an evening of fun camp activities and spend a warm night in heated cabins. The next day includes both indoor and outdoor activities and a trip to a local snow tubing park. Can’t wait to see you there! Busses depart from the JCC (26001 S. Woodland Rd., Beachwood, OH 44122) at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19th and will return to the JCC on Monday, February 20th at 5:00 p.m.
